PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Chicago Prime Meat Market’s $25 Club Prime savings are tabulated on the selling price of eligible Chicago Prime Meat Market food products excluding applicable tax, discounts, shipping charges, returns or exchanges. Your Club Prime Card must be presented at time of purchase to be eligible for savings. Qualifying purchases and any applied savings will be printed on our cash register receipts. All prior purchases excluded. Earned savings will be posted to your Club Prime account thirty (30) days after applicable purchase transaction. Only one $25 savings per each $500 of eligible food purchases. This savings cannot be combined with any other discount offer. Purchases using a $25 savings do not qualify for an additional Club Prime savings. Purchases of or redeemed gift cards do not qualify for the Club Prime savings. Certain exclusions apply, including futures, sale or preference items, online purchases, price matched items, promotional and rare items, as determined from time to time by Chicago Prime Meat Market. Earned Club Prime savings have a cash value of 1/100th of a cent and may only be used to purchase Chicago Prime Meat Market merchandise. We reserve the right to revoke membership, terminate the program and/or amend the terms at any time without notice. Club Prime Cards are non-transferable. Damaged Club Prime Cards will be replaced and qualifying purchases transferred if you present the damaged card and proper identification. Lost or stolen Club Prime Card accounts will be canceled and balances forfeited. Duplicate accounts cannot be combined.
